The most important thing in counselling is the relationship. I hope that clients feel safe, seen and held in our therapeutic space, but appreciate that this looks and feels different for everyone. I offer a non-judgmental, warm and empathic container within which to do ‘the work’. I am an active participant and offer my ideas with kindness and curiosity, and am always open to being told I am wrong. Working together, being real and open as much as possible helps the relationship, and in turn your own experience of healing, fulfillment and growth.

I offer online counselling to anyone over 18 years old. This usually means meeting once a week in a secure online meeting space, but can be bi-weekly depending on your needs and availability. Sessions are 1 hour long.

Initially there will be a meeting each other, assessment and contracting session. Thereafter we can work at your pace, looking at whatever it is you want to bring and in a way that suits you and your needs.

Counselling with me is open ended; how long we work together will depend on you and what you bring. So it could be 6 weeks, 6 months or even years. I believe the therapeutic relationship lasts a lifetime and so even when sessions have ended, there is always the option to return if you would like to or if life throws you a curveball.

Sending me an email is the first step and only takes a few minutes. From there we can chat and work out if I am a good fit for you and your needs, as well as finding a time that suits your life and schedule.

Sessions are £55 and payable before the session begins. I do have a few slots available at reduced pricing for those that need it, please just ask.

If at any point you change your mind about sessions you are free to end them. Whilst I hope that we would be able to have a chat about that together, it is your journey and I respect that.
